For an organization to effectively direct, plan and improve its products and services it is essential to understand value and how value is created across the six activities in the Service Value Chain. This course describes how value streams can be built and managed in a holistic way and how iterations and feedback loops can be implemented. It looks at various aspects including development, testing, knowledge, customer and employee feedback, new technologies, sourcing, etc.

  • Exam Format:

    • Accreditation examination provided by PEOPLECERT.
    • The exam is a closed book examination
    • 90 minutes in duration and consists of 40 multi-choice questions.
    • Successful candidates will need to score 28 or more out of 40 to pass.
    • Additional 15 minutes for some eligible candidates.
    • To sit for this exam, delegates must have passed the ITIL 4 Foundation exam and attended an accredited training course.
