This three-day course prepares you for the examination leading to the ITIL 4 Create Deliver and Support Certificate in IT Service Management. The course enables you to understand a new way to look at IT Service Management through a Service Value System (SVS).
For an organization to effectively create, deliver and support its products and services it is essential to understand value and how value is created across each of the activities in the Service Value Chain. This course describes how value streams can be built and managed in a holistic way and how iterations and feedback loops can be implemented. It looks at various aspects including development, testing, knowledge, customer and employee feedback, new technologies, sourcing, etc.

As part of the course, delegates will be prepared for and can take the ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support module examination. The exam is a closed book examination, 90 minutes in duration and consists of 40 multi-choice questions. Successful candidates will need to score 28 or more out of 40 to pass.
To be eligible for this ITIL Specialist training, applicants should have passed the ITIL 4 Foundation examination and attended an accredited training course for this module
