This three-day course prepares you for the examination leading to the ITIL 4 Drive Stakeholder Value Certificate in IT Service Management. The course enables you to understand a new way to look at IT Service Management through a Service Value System (SVS).
For an organization to effectively drive stakeholder value, it is essential to understand value and how value is created across each of the activities in theService Value Chain.

The following course agenda covers the following ITIL 4 practices to help you understand the major factors that contribute to driving stakeholder value across ITIL’s 4 service value system (SVS) business model:
• Understand how customer journeys are designed
• Know how to target markets and stakeholders
• Know how to foster stakeholder relationships
• Know how to shape demand and define service offerings
• Know how to align expectations and agree details of services
• Know how to onboard and offboard customers and users

As part of the course, delegates will be prepared for and can take the ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value module examination. The exam is a closed book examination, 90 minutes in duration and consists of 40 multi-choice questions. Successful candidates will need to score 28 or more out of 40 to pass.
To be eligible for this ITIL Specialist training, applicants should have passed the ITIL 4 Foundation examination and attended an accredited training course for this module
