  • The exam is a closed book examination
  • 60 minutes in duration and consists of 35 multi-choice questions.
  • Successful candidates will need to score 26 (65%) or more out of 40 to pass.
  • Additional 15 minutes for some eligible candidates.
  • • There are no prerequisites for studying the Sustainability in Digital & IT module. The relevant key concepts from the ITIL 4 framework will be covered as part of the module, making it accessible to anyone interested in gaining critical skills in this area.
