This Foundation course is the entry point into the ITIL 5 certification scheme and is a mandatory prerequisite for further ITIL certifications.

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Closed book
  • Multiple-choice (40 questions)
  • Pass mark: 26/40 (65%)
  • Additional 15 minutes for eligible candidates
