Course delegates explore the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, its goals, implementation steps, and the ability to apply the information in an organization’s environment. The exam is for individuals who have a basic understanding of both COBIT 2019 and security concepts, and who are involved in importing and/or building the cybersecurity program and their enterprises. Delegates will be able to:

  • Describe the key concepts of COBIT 2019 as taught in the COBIT Foundation course
  • Identify the goals of the Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
  • Align company cybersecurity efforts to the CSF
  • Identify each of the seven CSF implementation steps
  • Apply and evaluate the implementation steps using COBIT 2019

Exam Format (online proctored):

  • Accreditation examination provided by APMG, on behalf of ISACA.
  • The exam is a closed book examination.
  • 90 minutes in duration and consists of 50 multi-choice questions.
  • Successful candidates will need to score 65% (33 out of 60) to pass.
  • To sit for this exam, delegates must have passed the COBIT 2019 Foundation exam and attended an accredited training course.
